Extra time: A charge of INR 1,500/- extra per hour post 4 hrs, 6 hrs, 8 hrs, 10 hrs & 12 hrs.
Mandatory studio staff charges: INR 1,500 up to 8 hrs & INR 2,000 above 8 hrs.
Minimum booking: 4 hours.
Studio Policies
(Important — please read before booking)
The studio is located on the 2nd floor. Please note the following rules and terms to ensure a smooth, safe session for everyone:
Lift & equipment: No luggage, lights, stands, or props are allowed in the lift. Normal passenger lift can be used for bags and other small items.
Tempo / large deliveries: If bringing a tempo with props or lights, mention it while confirming the booking to avoid inconvenience.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio.
Permissions & fines: Any mandatory permissions for shooting must be obtained in advance. Any fine charged by BMC/union during the shoot will be the client’s responsibility.
Cancellation & transfers: Once booked, the reservation cannot be transferred, cancelled, or refunded.
Rental timing: Studio rental starts from the time of booking, not from the time the shoot begins.
Care & cleanliness: Studio must be used with utmost care; cleanliness and hygiene must be maintained.
Rental end time: The rental period ends when the last person in the crew leaves the studio. Plan your shoot accordingly. (No extra time is provided for card backup.)
Client responsibility: The client is fully responsible for anything that happens during the booking session, regardless of who caused it.
Damage charges: Any damages to the studio or equipment will be charged to the client.
Grace period for pack-up: A 20-minute grace period is allowed for packing up. If it exceeds 21 minutes, a full additional hour will be charged.
Special materials: If you plan to use paint, flour, or any other powder-based material, inform the studio while confirming your booking.
Studio assistant support: Studio assistants/managers will help only with changing backgrounds, lights, softboxes, and maintaining studio hygiene.
